WP Repair collects the information needed to review and respond to a request: URL, symptoms, impact, name, email, optional phone number and the technical context supplied by the requester.
Do not send credentials
Public forms are not designed to receive passwords, API keys, database copies or other confidential information. If an intervention is approved, a secure channel and temporary access will be agreed.
Purpose and retention
The data is used to respond, prepare the scope and maintain an operational history of the case. The final legal text, data controller, legal basis, retention periods, processors and rights must be reviewed and completed by the founder before the website is indexed.
