HOW WE WORK
How Technical WordPress Rescue Works
A clear protocol turns an emergency into an understandable recovery: safe assessment, quote first, preservation, evidence-based diagnosis, minimal repair and verification.

CONTROL BEFORE SPEED
An emergency should not remove control.
The pressure to recover a site leads to disabling plugins, replacing files or restoring backups without understanding the scope. Every step of this process keeps a recovery route and turns each technical decision into something understandable, with one accountable person from start to finish.

Safe assessment
We receive the URL, the visible symptom, the time of failure, recent changes and business impact. With that we classify the incident and request only what is missing, without exposing access.
DELIVERABLE · Initial scope and missing information - 02
Quote and approval
We explain what we will review, the result you can expect, what is out of scope and what conditions could force us to stop. Nothing starts until the quote is approved.
DELIVERABLE · Clear quote before access - 03
Secure access and preservation
After approval we request temporary access through a secure channel, verify site ownership and establish a backup, snapshot or rollback route suited to the environment.
DELIVERABLE · Recovery point created - 04
Evidence-based diagnosis
We review logs, recent changes, files, the database, server configuration and the affected journey. A coincidence in timing is not treated as the cause until evidence supports it.
DELIVERABLE · Cause identified and documented - 05
Minimal repair and testing
We apply the smallest change that resolves the cause without introducing risk. Then we test the original symptom and the business journeys that may have been affected.
DELIVERABLE · Affected journey verified - 06
Close-out report
You receive the cause found, the changes applied, the checks performed and relevant recommendations. If we propose maintenance, it is for a concrete need, not as a condition for closing.
DELIVERABLE · Close-out report and recommendations
CLEAR LIMITS
Trust also comes from being clear about what we do not do.
- We do not request passwords in public forms.
- We do not claim a diagnosis without reviewing evidence.
- We do not make risky changes without a backup or rollback route.
- We do not call a repair complete until it is checked.
- We do not turn an emergency into open-ended hours without approval.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY
The person assessing the case remains accountable for the intervention.
FIRST STEP
Tell us what you see.
We organise the incident.
Send the URL, the symptom and recent changes. Do not include passwords: access is requested later, only if you approve the quote.
